Chalk Mama up for one more point in the Mom vs. Egg war we have going on over here!

My son *loves* Ranch dressing.  Ranch dressing on chicken fingers, carrots, celery, salad.  But, my daughter, with her egg allergy, often has nothing in which to dip her foods or has to opt for the more vinegar-y dressings when we serve salad.

When I first learned of her allergies, I sort of made it my mission to take anything that is traditionally made with eggs available to her in an eggless recipe.  Now, I have a low-cal semi-homemade Ranch dressing to add to my arsenal!

There’s no real recipe or anything for this but I wanted to share it with any of you out there that are looking for an egg-free Ranch dressing or even maybe just looking for a low calorie alternative without sacrificing taste.  This dressing tastes very similar to Hidden Valley Ranch dressing because it’s made with a Hidden Valley dry mix!

Just mix one cup milk, one cup Nayonaise and one packet of dry Ranch dressing mix (I used Hidden Valley).  Now you have an eggless Ranch dressing for dipping your carrots, drizzling over your salads or wherever else you may want to use it!  Enjoy!  :)

Nasoya Nayonaise is a soy based, vegan alternative to mayonnaise and has been a great substitution for us so far!  If you’d like to check it out, you can find out more on their website: http://www.nasoya.com/products/original-nayonaise/fat-free-original.html

I received no compensation from this post and am in no way affiliated with Hidden Valley or Nasoya Nayonaise.
